Daf Yomi: a Talmud reader for mobile and desktop

Daf Study brings a scanned Talmud page and its Hebrew source text together in a simple reader for phones and computers.

The reader interface is in English, the source text is in Hebrew, and available translations are in English. French and Hebrew introductions do not change the translation language.

How to study Daf Yomi

Daf Yomi is a daily Talmud study program. Choose the tractate and folio you want to study, then read the scanned page. Where passage annotations are available, tap a passage to see its Hebrew text and request its English translation.

Torah-Box and Sefaria: complementary sources

Most scans come from the Torah-Box Talmud catalog. Hebrew texts and English translations are provided by Sefaria. Some folios use scans from DafYomi.org. Source links remain available so you can continue studying and check a passage in its original context.

Study on iPhone

Open the reader in Safari, then use Share and Add to Home Screen to install the PWA. Scans and translations require a connection; installing the app does not make the entire corpus available offline.
